Email Content (Temporary Processing Only)
- We temporarily access emails you authorize us to monitor
- Emails are processed to extract calendar events and task information
- Original emails are deleted after processing (typically within 24 hours)
- Only emails related to children's activities are processed; all others are immediately deleted

- Authentication Cookie Only: Stores your Google account identifier to keep you logged in
- Purpose: Essential functionality - you can't use ParentAgent without staying logged in
- Duration: Expires when you log out or after 30 days of inactivity
- Data Stored: Only your Gmail address (your account identifier)
What We DON'T Use
- No tracking cookies
- No advertising cookies
- No analytics cookies
- No social media tracking pixels
- No third-party marketing tools

Can't Access Your Account?
If you cannot log in to use our self-service deletion tools, we provide an email-based alternative:

- Include: The email address used for your ParentAgent account
- Response: We will verify ownership and delete all data within 5 business days
