We built ParentAgent because we're parents too. Here's exactly what we do with your family's information:
What We Do With Your Emails
Non-kid emails: Deleted immediately. We don't even read store promotions, work emails, or adult social stuff.
School/activity emails: We extract the important info (pajama day, field trip, etc.) and remove all personal details.
Your personal info: Never stored permanently. Teacher names become `<teacher_name>`, your info gets removed.

Email Content (Temporary Processing Only)
- We temporarily access emails you authorize us to monitor
- Emails are processed to extract calendar events and task information
- Original emails are deleted after processing (typically within 24 hours)
- Only emails related to children's activities are processed; all others are immediately deleted
Account Information
- Email address (for login and notifications)
- Account preferences and settings
- Usage analytics (anonymized)
Anonymized Event Data
- De-identified patterns from school communications
- Timing and format information to improve our service
- All personal identifiers removed and replaced with variables
